Eminem seems angry here :P This is an alright track. At first it seems that this track doesn't really gratify as an opening track, but right after the halfway mark, there are a few strong reference to 'Stan' and 'The Marshall Mathers LP'. | |
dieser song besteht aus zwei teilen und wurde auch entsprechend von unterschiedlichen leuten produziert. teil 1 ist etwas zu monoton, der refrain von sarah jaffe ist etwas langweilig, teil 2 ist agressiver und eingängiger...durchschnitt für einen opener | |

An interesting song. The last couple of minutes are particularly the strong, after a bit of a slow opening. The deliberate references to "Stan" were made quite obvious. | |

Co-produced by our local M-Phazes :) I like Eminem's self-awareness. Right on the first track of the album he fully acknowledges the criticism surrounding the marketing tactics of the album title. "Stan" is also a fantastic song that goes back to my childhood so it's interesting to see another chapter in it (c'mon 'Banjo-Threeie', everyone wants you :P). It's not as good obviously, but it's captivating. | |
I don't like it - he seems to lose his flow a few times in the track and it's distracting. I do like the chorus though. | |
