I still do listen to "Sleepwalker" sometimes. The thing that strikes me about that is that it's full of random tempo changes which send it all over the place. Discomforting at first but it starts to sink in with multiple listens. I mention this because this latest song completely subverts this principle. From the first time I heard it, I didn't at all find myself confused at where the song was going. I mean, you've got the guitar riff, the heavy drumming and the vocals that sound exactly how you know they will. Yeah, there still are tempo changes, but it's just going through the motions basically. It's a shame because I feel that I could really like this song, because the music in this is actually pretty good. But I just can't get over those vocals, as I really do not like this screaming stuff. It's just a real annoying distraction which takes away from the song quite a bit. 2.5*. I've never really even heard of this guys. How big are they to be getting almost 200,000 views within a day of the song being uploaded to YouTube? | |

No, just no, I hate this type of music, I was expecting better considering where its on itunes at the moment, The guitar work is quite cool though but his singing is not. | |
